We believe that worship is not just about having a sing on a Sunday, worship is and should be all that we are, 24/7.
Do we just come to be entertained on a Sunday evening or have we come with an expectancy to have an encounter with the living God?
We believe that God should be part of everything we do in our lives, every hour, every day.
God wants to be “in to” everything we do, it is a part of our worshipfulness, it is part of our walk as a Christian, and then when we come together on a Sunday we should come with great anticipation to worship Him as a group of people.
John 4 v23
Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks. God is spirit and His worshippers must worship in spirit and in truth.
To this end we have a dedicated worship team led by Mike
Mike has played guitar for over thirty years (!) and has been active in worship groups for a similar length of time. Musically, he is by inspired by SonicFlood, Hillsong, Delirious?, Sting and Bryan Adams.
He has a passion for guitars as instruments of praise, and believes the role of a worship group is to facilitate the church in entering the presence of God and connecting with the power of the Holy Spirit.
